Job Responsibilities
Maintaining the accuracy of members’ membership accounts is your responsibility.
Responsible for all administrative activities as well as any additional co-responsibilities that may be given.
Ensuring all reports are accurate by reconciling and controlling the system.
To verify adherence to Membership Administration processes and Management Policy and Procedures.
Transparency in all interactions and talks with the Operation Manager and Sales Manager bringing issues/risks forward as soon as possible.
